Each session is guided by a facilitator, trained by Eau Therapy, who fosters safety & kindness in the group.

 This is more than walking.
It’s a practice in emotional fitness — where each STEP strengthens your nervous system, builds safety, and fosters belonging. Â
Structure:Â
Each STEPS session is 2 hrs and includes:

Welcome & Orientation (5–10 min)
A designated guide welcomes the group & introduces our wellness topic of the day.
 -
Warm-Up (5 min)
The guide leads a gentle stretch, breathing techniques and a warm thought to start.
 -
Walk (60 min)
The group walks together, with everyone aiming to complete 10 000 steps. The guide pauses the group now and then to talk about emotional wellness. Individuals of all ages, sexes and backgrounds are welcome!Â

Cool-Down & Reflection (10–15 min)
The guide checks in with the group and does a brief reflection before saying goodbye until next time.
