Crisis Resources

If you're in crisis, need immediate support, or simply need someone to talk to, the resources below can help.

Need Immediate Help?

If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available. You do not have to go through this alone.
  • In North America: Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
  • In the United Kingdom: Call 116 123 to reach the Samaritans.

Both services are free, confidential, and available 24/7.

If you're concerned about your immediate safety or someone else's, call your local emergency services (911 or 999) or go to your nearest emergency department.

While you're waiting for support

If you're safe to do so, consider taking small steps to help your nervous system settle.

  • Take one slow breath in and a longer breath out.
  • Place both feet firmly on the floor and notice the support beneath you.
  • Reach out to someone you trust.
  • Move to a place where you feel safer or less alone.
  • Remind yourself: You don't have to carry this by yourself.

Trauma Gym is here to support your healing.

Our resources can help you build emotional awareness and resilience, but they are not a substitute for emergency or crisis services. If you're in crisis or concerned about your immediate safety, please contact one of the services above.
