Crisis Resources
If you're in crisis, need immediate support, or simply need someone to talk to, the resources below can help.
Need Immediate Help?
Â
If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available. You do not have to go through this alone.Â
- In North America: Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
- In the United Kingdom: Call 116 123 to reach the Samaritans.
Both services are free, confidential, and available 24/7.Â
If you're concerned about your immediate safety or someone else's, call your local emergency services (911 or 999) or go to your nearest emergency department.

While you're waiting for support
Â
If you're safe to do so, consider taking small steps to help your nervous system settle.
- Take one slow breath in and a longer breath out.
- Place both feet firmly on the floor and notice the support beneath you.
- Reach out to someone you trust.
- Move to a place where you feel safer or less alone.
- Remind yourself: You don't have to carry this by yourself.

Trauma Gym is here to support your healing.
Our resources can help you build emotional awareness and resilience, but they are not a substitute for emergency or crisis services. If you're in crisis or concerned about your immediate safety, please contact one of the services above.
