"You’ve taken an important step by being here.

  I’m glad you’re here.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to take it alone.

I created The Recovery Room because healing is more than managing symptoms. It’s about understanding what shaped you, reconnecting with yourself, and building lasting change in a compassionate space where you can move forward with clarity and hope.

  How I Work

I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy because I believe healing happens when we understand the whole person—not just the symptoms.

Together, we’ll explore what’s driving your pain and build tools to move forward. I blend evidence-based therapy with Islamic psychotherapy (if it matters to you), creating a space tailored to your story, values, and goals.

You May Feel At Home Working With Me If You...

  • Feel weighed down by past experiences or unresolved trauma.
  • Want to better understand yourself and your emotional patterns.
  • Are navigating anxiety, stress, grief, or relationship challenges.
  • Are looking for therapy that honours your values or faith.
  • Are ready for lasting healing—not just temporary coping.

  A Gentle Reminder About Healing

"Healing doesn't have to happen all at once. We'll move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you, building trust before exploring what's difficult.

Every small step forward is meaningful, and I'll be there to support you along the way."

Let’s Meet

Finding the right therapist is an important part of your healing journey.

If you're looking for a compassionate space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward lasting change, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.

Healing often happens in the quiet moments:

More self-compassion • Feeling more connected • Choosing confidence over self-doubt

Those small changes add up, and I'd be honoured to support you as they grow.
